Training and Development
Upgrading skills and competences
The CSIC ensures that all research personnel, at any stage of their career and regardless of their contractual situation, have the opportunity to develop professionally and improve their employability by the continuous development of their skills and competences.
The research community at the CSIC is diverse in talent, skills, competences and capabilities. The more this talent is fostered and developed, the greater the scientific quality, excellence and social relevance of the knowledge produced.
By promoting training in the early stages of a researcher’s career, the future possibilities and attractiveness of a career in R&D are increased.
To this end, the necessary material and intangible support will be provided to enable them to achieve their objectives and perform their tasks. Continuous improvement will be pursued through regular updating and upgrading of their skills and competencies.
