Transparency and equal treatment
Fair recruitment and selection policies for research personnel are fundamental to achieving an open labour market for researchers and the C&C’s “Ethical and Research Principles”.
In this section, actions related to the main recruitment and selection principles that the Charter and the Code aim to promote are listed.
