Transparency and equal treatment

 

Fair recruitment and selection policies for research personnel are fundamental to achieving an open labour market for researchers and the C&C’s “Ethical and Research Principles”.

In this section, actions related to the main recruitment and selection principles that the Charter and the Code aim to promote are listed.

Description: Awareness, training and dissemination of the HRS4R/ OTM‐R principles and procedures to the selection committee and staff responsible for the recruiting process.

Description: Design and implement a pilot programme “Training programme for members of selection committees” (on line webinar or semi-on site).
